Residential driver (click for job description)
At O-Town Compost we want to provide a healthy work environment for our employees to thrive. We strive for operational excellence and amazing customer service as the composting movement grows in Central Florida. The perfect candidate will have at least a year of delivery driving experience.
Starting pay is $16 per hour. Full-time or Part-time. 401k with 3% match, free YMCA membership, and healthcare reimbursement up to $100. Also, including sick days and PTO for drivers working 25+ hours per week.

At the same time, you have the freedom to listen to music or podcasts or reflect on life, and you can strategize to complete the routes most efficiently.”
Commercial driver (click for job description)
Must complete their route in an efficient and timely manner
Drivers must practice a professional, constructive, and positive work attitude.
Experience driving large vehicles important (we currently operate a dump truck specialized for picking up organic waste)
CDL NOT REQUIRED
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Drivers must have a clean driving record.
35-40 hours per week and ability to increase hours as our business grows. Commercial routes begin between 5:00am-6:00am depending on the day to avoid heavy traffic times of the day.
